How do I book an appointment with you?

What days/times are you open?

By Appointment Only:

(1) Friday - 4:00pm-8:00pm

(2) Saturday - 9:00am - 6:00pm

(3) Sunday - Via the Sunday Appointment Category (Limited availability)

*Early/Late appointments are also available outside of my normal business hours.

How soon can I book an appointment?

I never "close" my calendar. However, appointments can be scheduled up to 90 days out.

Is a deposit required to book an appointment with you?

A non-refundable retainer is due for all services valued over $20. The retainer is applied to your overall cost and the balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment.

What method(s) of payment do you accept?

I accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. All card and merchant services transactions will incur an additional 2.5% service fee. (Cash App payments have been discontinued).

I am trying to book an appointment on your website but I don't see the date and time I need. What does that mean?

More than likely the date and time you need is already taken. Occasionally, cancellations may occur so feel free to check back to see if your date has become available.

Where are you located?

Makeup services are provided at a private in-home studio in McCalla, AL.

Do you travel?

Yes. On-Site makeup services are provided, which include travel and mileage costs. These services are labeled as "To Customer" on the booking site.

How long or what length of time does a normal makeup application take?

Each application will take 45-60 minutes.

I am unable to find any Bridal services/packages on your site. What does this mean?

As of January 1, 2023, I no longer offer bridal packages. All bridal services previously booked will be honored. This means, if you already booked a bridal service that is in 2023, it will be honored. If you are getting married and would like to have your makeup done, you can book a personal "To Customer" appointment or an Extreme, Super or Full Glam in-studio service. In essence, I no longer offer bridal services for bridal parties.
